Hello!

I am Dr. María José Ramírez.

I have always wanted to live with purpose and explore the limits of what is possible. More than 15 years ago, while working in Human Resources, I had a moment of absolute clarity: I didn't want to spend the next 20 years in an office in front of a computer. I wanted something bigger. I wanted freedom.

That desire led me to make a radical decision: to leave everything and move alone to Canada to specialize in sports psychology. Without certainties and without mastering English, I jumped into the void. It was one of the most transformative decisions of my life.

Today, after years of experience working with elite professionals-from Olympians to business leaders, doctors to top musicians-my goal remains the same: to help you unlock your potential without sacrificing your well-being or the well-being of others.

MY MISSION: To reach full potential

I know what it's like to work hard and feel frustrated because you still don't reach your full potential. I also know what it's like to achieve great results and end up exhausted in the process, or to always be looking for something bigger to feel satisfied. It doesn't have to be that way.

That's why I wrote Unlock Your Potential: 15 Mental Habits for High Performance without Burnout..

This is not just another book about productivity or success. It's a practical guide based on science and more than 15 years of experience helping people like you train your mind like the best do - and live your life to the fullest.

MY CAREER

My path has led me to teach at institutions such as the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and MEDS, and to share my work in settings such as the United Nations. I have also published articles in scientific journals and chapters in specialized books.

I have a Ph.D. in Experiential Learning from The Pennsylvania State University in the United States, a Master's Degree in Sport Psychology from the University of Ottawa in Canada, and I am accredited by the Association for Applied Sport Psychology as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC). I have also complemented my training with studies in Coaching, Motivational Interviewing, Nonviolent Communication and Forest and Nature Therapy, Aroma Freedom Technique, among others.

But beyond titles, what really defines me is my passion for transforming research-which often seems complex and distant-into practical tools that allow people to understand themselves better in order to improve their performance and quality of life, contributing to a better society.
