Module 1: Cultivating a Positive Perspective
Having a positive perspective is a skill that empowers people to see the positives in themselves and the positives in others, believe in their own capacity and the capacity of others, love people and the positive things in their lives, express their appreciation to others, and embrace simple positive experiences every day.
